Refund & Returns Policy

At Decors Agency, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a return or requesting a refund.
Returns Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Some personal care or hygiene items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale”
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl records, or similar media
- Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund posts
- Contact your bank—processing delays can occur

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@decors.agency and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to:

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If eligible for a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
